Policies

Etiquette

  • Payments are due upon completion of service.

  • Nails are guaranteed for 1 week (7 days) after application. If there is a problem within that period, please contact me to have the issue fixed. 

  • Nail Repairs - After 10 days, the cost is $5.00/nail at time of fill.  If there is more than 4 repairs, new set price will be charged.  (depending on how severe damage is). Please let me know of repairs prior to appointment for time consideration.

  • New Clients - Your first appointment is Full Set price plus product removal fee (up to $25.00).  I reserve the right to not "fill" other nail salons or technicians work.  In order to guarantee my work, product from another salon or technician may have to be removed.

  • Fills are recommended every 3 - 4 weeks.  Sets 5 weeks or older usually (depending on your growth rate) cannot be "filled", therefore new set prices will be charged. (To be determined at time of service)

  • I ask that you please not bring your children (8 and under) with you to your appointment.  I want you to relax and enjoy your time and its hard to focus and provide a proper service with little ones around

 

 

Cancellation, Late & No Show Policy

 

  • I require 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Clients 10 minutes late, appointments will have to be modified to stay on schedule.

  • Clients more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled.  Please call to reschedule.

  • No shows will be required to pay a $40 no show fee prior to rebooking or will not be rebooked. $40 fee will be deducted from the service at apt time.
